Meet the owner, Donelle
Donelle is the founder of DelMac Tech — a people-focused digital support service built around compassion, practical guidance, and real human connection. With a strong focus on community, digital confidence, and continuity support, DelMac Tech was created to make technology feel safer, simpler, and more accessible for everyday people.
Born and raised in the Great Southern, Donelle Greenham has spent much of her life working closely alongside people across health, aged care, emergency services, and community support roles.
With more than 15 years of experience within the health industry, including over four years in aged care, Donelle has developed a strong understanding of the importance of patience, communication, trust, and practical real-world support.
Donelle has also volunteered within emergency services as a Volunteer Ambulance Officer for more than six years — an experience that further strengthened her commitment to community, resilience, and helping people through challenging situations.
With a Diploma in Applied Information Technology and years of hands-on experience helping people navigate technology unofficially, DelMac Tech was created in response to a growing gap becoming increasingly visible across the community:
