Our pricing is designed to remain fair, flexible, and accessible, with clear service options that support individuals, families, community organisations, and small businesses without confusing jargon or hidden surprises.
Standard Membership Session Rates
DelMac Tech membership session rates are billed monthly and designed to reward ongoing support and continuity.
Your session rate is based on the total number of support sessions used within your monthly billing period. Once you reach a new session tier, all eligible sessions within that billing cycle are adjusted to the lower rate.
Please Note:
Standard Support Sessions are generally designed around approximately one hour, depending on support requirements.
Emergency, onsite, and remote support are not included under Standard Support Sessions.
Clients with Home Care Packages or NDIS supports are encouraged to check with their provider, plan manager, or support coordinator regarding funding suitability and eligibility prior to booking services.
Annual Membership Savings
DelMac Tech annual memberships are designed to provide better value, continuity, and peace of mind for people who prefer ongoing support throughout the year.
All annual membership options include the equivalent of 12 months of support for the price of 11 - offering a discounted yearly rate compared to standard monthly billing.
Annual memberships help simplify budgeting while ensuring continued access to practical, people-focused digital support when you need it most.
